The Practicum provides an opportunity for you to demonstrate what you have learned in this course.

You can propose a practical project of your choice, but it must involve a minimum of 5 hours work.

Examples could include:

  1. Writing a brief paper outlining what you’ve learned in the course and how you will apply it to your work
  2. Setting up and configuring your own, new OJS journal
  3. Revising your current OJS journal to reflect what you’ve learned in the course
  4. Participating in a full testing round of a new OJS release
  5. Contributing a new language translation to OJS
  6. Answering a minimum of 10 questions on the PKP Support Forum
  7. Designing or creating a new OJS plugin

All projects must be approved before you can proceed.
